How do I purchase a Union suite?
To rent a Philadelphia Union Suite, click on the event you wish to attend via the Reserve Now page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your payment details or by contacting our Premium team at 610-497-6281 or [email protected].
To lease a Subaru Park Suite for all events at the venue, please click the Contact Us button below, and a member of the Philadelphia Union Premium team will reach out.
When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite
Following your purchase, a member of the Philadelphia Union Premium team will be in touch to confirm details of your suite and ticket delivery. All ticket and parking passes are issued via mobile delivery.
How are my tickets delivered?
All suite tickets and parking passes are mobile-only; they cannot be printed and must be downloaded onto your mobile device. It is recommended that you transfer tickets directly to your suite guests in advance of the match. Please reach out to your Union representative if any issues occur.
Payment
What forms of payment are accepted?
Acceptable forms of payment include:
All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Suites can also be purchased via ACH/Bank Wire transfer after speaking with a representative.
Is payment required in full?
Yes. payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees when purchasing the suite. Other costs to consider include catering, additional ticket purchases, or other purchases made at the stadium.

Can I cancel my suite reservation?
No, all suite sales are final. Please reach out to your Union Premium Team representative for more information.
What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?
Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

Planning Your Premium Experience
How and when do I order catering?
After your purchase, a Union Premium Team member will send you a confirmation email with contact information for our in-house catering team to help coordinate food and beverage options for your event. Please place all orders at least 4 business days before the event.
Am I required to purchase catering?
While purchasing catering is recommended for the best possible suite experience for you and your guests it is not required.
Can I purchase additional tickets (Standing Room Only) for my suite?
Please refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available for purchase or reach out to your Union Premium Team representative.
What is the child ticket policy for suites?
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate admission ticket to Subaru Park.
What am I permitted to bring into the suite and Subaru Park?
Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?
In addition to your reserved suite, your ticket will also provide access to the PrimePoint Club premium space.
Game Day Questions
Where do I park?
Suite clients will receive (4) VIP parking passes as part of their suite reservation. Review your issued parking passes for the specific Lot information. You can see its location here https://www.philadelphiaunion.com/stadium/parking.
Where do I find the VIP entrance?
Look for the entrance labeled, "PrimePoint Premium Entrance". This will be located to the right of IBX Gate, left of Subaru Gate, and across the street from Union Yards.
When does my suite open?
You can enter your suite when Subaru Park gates open, 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Can I order food and beverages from my suite during the game?
You will work with our in-house catering team for all of your food and beverage needs on gameday. You are welcome to visit the main concourse for any additional food/beverage options in addition to what you’ve elected to choose for your suite.
If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

I’m having trouble reserving a suite online, what do I do?
I booked a suite but haven’t received my tickets yet. How can I receive them?
